Growing Circle’s compensation plan is a 2 x 2, 2 x 3 Forced Matrix System and Uni-level Shopping Commission. With this compensation plan, it requires every members to introduce 2 people each. Once any member introduces more than 2 people, that/those extra person/people will spill over (or spill under) your two legs. What this does is fill the increased matrix stages faster. We call this the follow your leader principle.
This adopted income plan will allow members to earn from 6 different stages. The ONLY requirement is a onetime entry fee of $50 from those joining the organization of a registered member. That member is then entitled to Fast Mover’s Fund of 30% or $15. This is paid to member that introduces one person through his or her referral link that registered and pays the registration fee of $50.
Note that members can introduce as many new people as possible.
UNI-LEVEL SHOPPING COMMISSION
90% of sales price goes directly to the seller.
5% of sales price is shared between level 1 to 7.
2% of sales price goes to direct up-line of the seller.
3% of sales goes directly to the company.

The forced matrix allows members to move from the starter point to the Diamond stage without paying any additional fees! Below are the details of how members are rewarded as they move from stage to stage:
The STARTER POINT is a 2 x 2 forced matrix which is the starting point for everyone that wishes to be part of Growing Circle's opportunity. This is the Point that feeds the other stages, up to Diamond stage. When the 2 x 2 gets filled, you automatically move to next stage (BRONZE). Your direct and indirectly introduced people will follow you everywhere you go.
Remember, the Fast Mover's Fund of $15 is paid to you for introducing one person. You can introduce as many people as possible. For example, if you introduce 10 people you will be paid $150 Fast Mover's Fund.
Note : This is not a balanced system. Therefore, you get paid (Step Out Fund) on each person that comes into any of the stages you are in. The Next Level Fund is paid to you again once that stage is fully filled. See table below:
